m-my abs hurt when i sneeze
don't laugh, it's true. ; 3;
sooo... i have a WiiFit, right? and... well, the other day i had nothing on my plate for the whole morning, so i figure, hey, let's play! apparently, this was some kind of mistake. i woke up this morning and... was sore everywhere. ;-; clearly i need to work out more... or less. not sure what's better. i mean, on the one hand fitness=good, but... i'm not overly fond of aches and pains. >_> lol, i'm a wuss.
ANYWAYS. i went through the whole day yesterday with sad muscle aches everywhere. :< riding the bus, and walking around campus, and all that... stuff. and i still feel it right now. buuu.
... i ache. ;-;
