going full circle
May. 9th, 2006 08:36 amnow i'm jealous that everyone is practically in their final week of school and i still have like, 4 weeks left. curse this quarter system. grr.
*sigh* life at CalState LA is relatively useless. and i have no cellphone today (my sister said she was gonna use mine and then she forgot to give me hers) so... i have no idea what i'm gonna do. i'm supposed to meet up with my classmate to work on this thing we have to do for Japanese (we're supposed to write a blog about aspects of CSULA in Japanese. oh, the joy of it all) after my first class, which i'm thinking of not going to because it's still boring, and even if i do go, i'm not gonna learn anything. my poor, simple mind is not capable of retaining any of that information.
so i'm just here. killing time. writing. because suddenly i'm a fanfic writing fiend. and i've been reading some real books, which is a good thing. recently finished "Can You Keep A Secret?" by Sophie Kinsella (funny story about this girl who spills all of her innermost secrets to a stranger on a plane when she thought they were going to crash, only to find out that he owns the company she works for).
other than that, i feel like i'm having some kind of anime withdrawal. i don't get to watch any new anime! only anime that i've seen before... T_T i'm annoyed that the lakers lost to the suns, Steve Nash reminds me of the Cryptkeeper and creeps me out. Prison Break and 24 are on the verge of their season finales. House kicks my ass, but i wanna hear him speak in his British accent. saw Advent Children in english, and it's still funny to think that Sephiroth is Superman.
oh shit. i have a paper due in a week. i should work on that.
