Mixed Feelings...
Jul. 1st, 2007 10:47 pmso i'm still mourning not being able to go to AX... my church friends apparently went on Friday, some others on Saturday (i asked if they ran into a girl dressed up as KH2 Sora with an Oathkeeper Keyblade and looking really awesomely like the character, but they weren't sure. so i boo'd at them). but i proceeded to hurt them accordingly for mocking me, and it made me feel a little better...
AX is so mine next year. nothing will stop me. i have my intent a year in advance. grr.
but outside of that, i'm reeeeeeeeally excited to go to Disneyland tomorrow! i mean, it's probably silly to most of you guys. i've been there loads of times, almost nothing changes, but still. that's not the point. the point is, i'm going to my happy place. that's enough. :D
not to say that nothing has changed since i was last there. quite a bit seems to have changed, truth be told, and i'm excited to see all that, too.
still, it'll be fun getting to take my mom around on the Annual Passholder's Tour, as my sister and i have called it. we're still working on a proper itinerary; gotta hit all the best shows and eat places, y'know what i mean? not sure how many rides we'll go on, that's sort of hindered by it being my mom that we're taking... but i'll have fun either way.
and WILBUR SHIRT OF DOOM gets to be worn again because i'm crazy like that. (hmm... why am i advertising a movie that's... no longer in theaters...? ... AHA, DVD release! bwahaha, i have an angle!) and we have these Meet the Robinsons wristwatch/walkie-talkie things that we wanted to try out, figured Disneyland would be the best place to do that. fun fun fun times. XD
too bad the characters aren't there right now... i wish they'd come out. i have half a mind to go up to Remy the Rat in the DCA, look around him in confusion, and then go "...Dude. Where's Wilbur at?" ...but i guess that'd be kinda mean, huh? >_<
